Organization Mission
To empower, serve, and improve the overall health, well-being, spirit, and vitality
of African American and African women and children by nourishing and elevating
the mind, body, and spirit.

Organization Goals:

		To uplift girls and women and foster self concept
		To increase awareness regarding health risks for African American women
		and children in the community as well as the options that are available for prevention and treatment in reducing the spread of HIV, teen pregnancy, and disease
		To improve daily healthy practices by incorporating exercise and good
		eating habits
		To reduce violence against women and children
		To raise high school graduation and college entrance rates
		To encourage self love among women in the diaspora
